Sandra spends most of her time sorting through welcomed donations and selling on market place for Smile of Hope. Sandra is married to Steve and loves spending time with her four cats. She admits to watching EastEnders, hospital dramas, and revealing her smile of hope when David Tennant appears.
Steve is a retired banker and enjoys representing SOH to corporate partners. He is active in AA recovery for the past 21 years.

Roxana is a banker and natural soap making educator with a love for creativity. Romanian by birth, Austrian by chance and British by heart, she feels she has found her home in London and was recently honoured with British citizenship. A big fan of British humour, and travel, she also likes to dance and sing (mainly karaoke). She is an active supporter of different charities.
Zola has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She works on the bakery at Sainsbury’s Eltham branch and ran an under 5s group for 30 years on a voluntary basis. She enjoys going out with friends to the cinema, theatre, and concerts. She has followed Chelsea FC for 40 years
